PLEASE NOTE:
SVI Peds is a point of service provider. Payment is completed at time of service. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company and you will retain the reimbursement.
Visits are billed at $150 per 30 minutes. We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement will cover the cost, however we structured our pricing to attempt to achieve maximum reimbursement on behalf of our patients.

Did someone wake up this morning feeling icky? Bring them in for a check up and receive guidance from Dr. Fowler.

Work through longer term issues with Dr. Fowler to develop strategies to renew health.

For more chronic conditions, Dr. Fowler will draw from the approach of functional medicine to determine the root cause of your child’s challenges.

functional medicine Evaluation
Review lab results and work with Dr. Fowler to determine a path toward wellness using the data collected. This is the deep dive to mapping a treatment strategy for your child’s unique needs.
80 minutes
functional medicine follow up
Dr. Fowler will team up with you to achieve on-going assessment and revaluation of the successes of treatment and remaining challenges. New strategies will be offered to support the journey toward wellness.
