SVI Peds is here to serve your child’s well-being journey from the day they enter the world taking that first breath and planting their roots here on Earth until they are ready to create a life of their own intention reaching for the sky.
We support childhood unfolding with heart-centered health care blending the best of evidence-based allopathic medical tools with the holistic approaches of functional medicine and mind-body-spirit awareness. Our goal is to provide wellness support to allow your child the space to thrive.
It is our honor and pleasure to facilitate your child’s innate well-being, encouraging your child’s natural healthy state through a comprehensive approach to caring for them and their health. We offer supportive and kind-hearted care for routine requests as well as sick care visits for those days when help and reassurance are needed.
Please note: SVI Peds is a point of service provider. Payment is completed at time of service. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company and you will retain the reimbursement.
Visits are billed at $150 per 30 minutes. We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement will cover the cost, however we structured our pricing to attempt to achieve maximum reimbursement on behalf of our patients.
To support our patients, payment plan options can be arranged. Payments can be made monthly by check until paid in full.
Letter requests for medical exemptions are only considered for well-established families with a solid history with our practice as their primary care provider. These letters will only be issued when substantiated by justified medical reasons.
